Ph.D Student
Hi! I’m Zhuo Zhang. I am currently a Ph.D. student at the College of Computer, the National University of Defense Technology, supervised by Prof. Canqun Yang (Deputy Chief Designer of the Tianhe-2 project). I earned my M.S. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Tiangong University in December 2023, under the supervision of Prof. Hua Bai and Prof. Yong Yang (Top 2% Scientist Worldwide).

- December 2023: I started an internship at the National Supercomputing Center in Tianjin.
- December 2024: My first journal paper in the AI for Science (AI4S) field was accepted by Physics of Fluids (PoF)! 🎉
- January 2025: As a co-author, a medical image segmentation article was accepted by ICASSP. 🔬
- March 2025: Another medical image processing article, where I was a co-author, was accepted by ICME. 💻
- May 2025: Three of our papers were accepted by the ICIC conference! 🥳 A big congratulations to Zhang Fan and Wang Shuaidan for their excellent work as first authors on two of those papers.
- June 2025: Thrilled to have officially begun my international visiting research journey! 🌍
- July 2025: I secured my first research project: “Research on Multi-parameter High-dimensional Flow Field Solution with Physics and Data Collaboration.” I’m very excited about this!
- September 2025: An article about the Kolmogorov-Arnold Network was accepted by the journal Expert Systems With Applications (ESWA) 🎉.
- December 2025: Honored to be selected for the CAST Youth Science and Technology Talent Cultivation Program for Doctoral Students!
